1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ICE-BLOCKPAD ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
2. Description of Service
ICE-BLOCKPAD is a blockchain-based platform that provides testnet services including human verification, NFT minting, token distribution, and related blockchain functionalities. The Platform enables users to participate in testnet activities, earn rewards, and engage with blockchain technology. ICE-BLOCKPAD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access and use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify ICE-BLOCKPAD of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ICE-BLOCKPAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
ICE-BLOCKPAD operates on blockchain technology and involves cryptocurrency transactions. You acknowledge and understand that:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
- ICE-BLOCKPAD does not have access to your wallet or private keys
- You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
- Network fees (gas fees) may apply to blockchain transactions
5. Testnet Tokens and Rewards
IMPORTANT: Testnet tokens (xBPAD, tICE, BPAD, etc.) are for testing purposes only and have NO monetary value. Only your xBPAD points can be converted to other assets at TGE. Testnet tokens exist solely for platform testing and development purposes. ICE-BLOCKPAD reserves the right to modify, adjust, or reset token balances at any time for testing, development, or security purposes.
6. Human Verification and NFTs
The Platform provides human verification services and NFT minting functionality. By participating in human verification:
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful
- You understand that verification is required for certain platform features
- You agree that NFTs minted represent your verified status
- You acknowledge that one wallet address can only be used for one human verification
- You accept that verification decisions are final
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating multiple testnet accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or manipulation
- Attempting to hack or compromise the Platform
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Interfering with the Platform's functionality
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, content, and materials, is the exclusive property of ICE-BLOCKPAD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from ICE-BLOCKPAD.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy and data protection are important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
ICE-BLOCKPAD integrates with third-party services including blockchain networks, wallet providers, and storage services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ICE-BLOCKPAD is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of any third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ICE-BLOCKPAD does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICE-BLOCKPAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. ICE-BLOCKPAD's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ICE-BLOCKPAD in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICE-BLOCKPAD, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
ICE-BLOCKPAD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
ICE-BLOCKPAD may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
